Provided property management services and repositioned the asset with a new tenancy mix and building refurbishment. Negotiated leases with Priceline Pharmacy & Medeco Medical Centre & Skin Cancer Clinic, NSW Government, ANZ Bank, One Point
Health, Tattersall’s Hotel and a number of specialty shops.
Assisted with planning and implementation of a Fire Engineered upgrade to Fire
Safety services to comply with Penrith City Council requirements. Prepared financial information for sale of asset.
Emerton Village Shopping Centre
Have been the long term property manager responsible for preparing building for refurbishment. Co-ordinated two Development Approvals with Blacktown City Council and negotiated Agreements for Lease with Woolworths and Aldi for the refurbished centre. We prepared all financial information for the landlord in support of funding applications with various institutions.
Prepared and collated all documentation for Expressions of Interest Sale campaign in 2017 that resulted in Fabcot Pty Limited (Woolworths) purchasing the centre. Currently continuing in Property Management role with Fabcot.
488 High Street, Penrith
Responsible for the co-ordination and implementation of a new tenancy mix and building refurbishment, plus on-going property management. Have upgraded what was largely a vacant retail arcade into popular mixed development of retail/commercial tenancies with on-going enquiries for space to lease. Resulted in significant increase in valuation of this asset.
St Clair Shopping Centre
Mark was a member of the original development team and work included tenancy mix & planning, leasing, tenancy co-ordination of DA’s, preparation of budgets and management of existing centre during construction stages. Managed centre during the first five years of trading and a member of the team that co-ordinated the eventual sale of centre.
Penrith Trade Centre
Fulfilled both property management and leasing roles. Managed refurbishment project and negotiated leases to OMF, Seconds World & Fantastic Furniture. Following a major fire that destroyed 40% of the building, we continued with the management of remaining tenancies, estimation of rental loss and additional costs incurred for insurance claim purposes and reinstatement of building.
