Established in 2012, is an independent commercial property agency providing professional services and advice to the owners of retail and commercial property in the Sydney metropolitan area.
Company director Mark Armstrong has over 30 years industry experience, commencing in 1989 with Martin’s Property Consultants. He has been involved in property management, leasing and facilities management of neighborhood shopping centres, bulky goods centres, mixed use commercial/retail properties and commercial buildings. In that time many long term business relationships have been established, with dealings with some clients going back over 25 years. Prior to establishing Cygneture Property Consultants, Mark was employed by the Paragon Retail Property Group/APF Paragon for over 10 years as the manager incharge of their western Sydney office, based at Penrith. That office managed a portfolio in excess of 20 properties, with an estimated value of $250M.
Cygneture property has also provided consultancy services in relation to the re-positioning of property assets including the remixing of tenancies, plans for alternate usages of vacant premises, upgrades of building services and rental income projections.
